Jan 2012 - A bit late but happy new year everybody, good luck all for 2012. I only just got the retro doublewide compressor. I also purchased a AML 54F50 compressor for my api lunchbox. Have not yet tested these properly but seem super smooth on vocals. Working with production team Muddyloop from London - Top notch urban/pop productions.

Oct 2011 - Busy times thankfully ! One of producers I have been working with is a chap called Steve Jones. Very talented indeed. He's been writing for an artist called Junior Guevarra. They are getting together his four track showreel because of interest from Sony publishing. I 've been mixing and mastering their songs !! Website - Stevie-jones.com

Aug 2011 - Jon Allegro was one of my first customers when I started mixing professionally back in 2009. He's currently No.1 and No.3 in the Stompy.com top 100 charts. Well done Jon!, your hard work is paying off! I'm not sure how big Stompy.com is but I think it's
fairly big amongst the dance producers. Check out his track 'Honey Honey'.

Jul 2011 - One of the Mix-off's hosted on gearslutz.com was by Ken Lewis. Not only is he a top US mix engineer (Kayne West, Usher, Mary J. Blige) he also produces aswell. He provided the audio files for the mix-off and also critique'd the 50 entries. Giving all participants very valuable feeback. My mix got a great review and was listed as one of the top 3. My hard work is paying off !! Thanks Ken.

Apr 2011 - Starboy Records are back with there 2nd album from Yung Tunez! Album to be released 11.11.11. Mixed a cut called 'Do em'. Very nice clean sounding hiphop joint !! Hopefully it will make the ablum, fingers crossed. Brought the Uad studer A800 tape sim plugin. Cant really
explain how this sounds but it adds a really nice shine to a vocal. Tried it on the mix bus for rap mix. Worked well too. Very impressed
with UAD as usual. Still haven't decided on a new PC yet !!


Mar 2011 - Finished off another two tracks on Wayneroy's album. He's getting some great feedback !! Album to be released on
the 14th April. Good luck !! What an great voice !! Doing some mixing for a London DJ / Producer by the name of DJ Posh.
Very cool souding house tunes !! Need to upgrade my PC. Looking at the new sandy Bridge motherboards with the intel i7 2600 processor's !! Insane speeds !! I'll let you now what I get soon !!!

Feb 2011 - Got my head around Pro tools 9. Love the ease of editing, setup of inputs outputs, bus and aux sends !!Which is better
Cubase or Pro tools ?. Neither, both are brilliant programs !!! I also upgraded PT9 with the complete production toolkit 2. This
basically upgrades Pro tools to have the same features as Pro Tools HD. I've been mixing rock, pop, dance, R and B and Hiphop so a
busy start to the year !! Check out the first track on my player !! Love that track !!!

Jan 2011 - Happy New Year ! Sorry haven't had time to do an update lately. Great end to the year. Thankfully very busy and just seen the full video to a track I produced/mixed. Check it out on my new blog here ! Couple of studio upgrades. I'm now running Pro tools 9 software which is superb. Installed my new UAD-2 card, gonna be testing out the studer tape plugin soon.

Oct 2010 - Just updated my music player with some recent mixes i've done! Producers 'Team BPM' with the track 'Robot' featuring vocalist
'NAI VERONIQUE'. Paul Petersen with the song Lady Melody. And finally the track by group 'Born of Grace' song 'On the road'. Some of
my favourites !!! Enjoy !!

person is behind my mixing website, and give a brief intro. Lately there has been a lot of online mixig sites appearing. Showing off very
nice SSL desks. Are these pictures there studio ? Are they actually mixing your tracks there ? With very little information about themselves,
who is the mix engineer ?????

Aug 2010 - I have been mixing various tracks of Yung Tunez album this year. This month I sent him some demo productions. He really
liked the track I produced called 'Here I am'. The video is currently being edited. Can't wait to see it !! Wish me luck thanks !!

Jun 2010 - Mixing a 4 track EP for the artist ICE. She's a UK Hiphop artist from London. Tracks sound real tight. Putting my NEVE 8816
through its paces, this thing sounds brilliant !! Love it !! Sound examples coming soon !!!

May 2010 - Who hoo now mixing out of the box with this latest studio upgrade. Using the SSL alpha link for converters. Running straight
into the NEVE 8816 for the mix summing. Sounds superb, really adds depth and shine to the mix.

Mar 2010 - Derek Gibbons has been sending me his house/dance songs to be mixed. Excellent productions and a pleasure to mix.
Check his page to find out more about him and his new music. Brought a new plugin. Yes, Softube have done it again with the Trident
A-range EQ. Sounds very good and very musical, great plug. Check it out here !

Jan 2010 - I hope to continue building clients through 2010. 2009 was a great year, made many new friends all around the world. Currently mixing 'Young Tunez' Album which will be out later this year. Mixed 3 tracks so far and they all sound like club bangers !!!

Dec 2009 - Had to turn down a number of clients for mixing !! Sorry !! Could not commit due to the birth of my Son. So spent most
of November feeding and changing nappies haha. Mum and baby Guy are doing great. Still, got a few mixes done towards the end
of the month. Song writing team Ambray came back again will another great tune !! I've been mixing there tracks all year !!
Have a great Xmas and New Year all.....!

Nov 2009 - Mixing a number of tracks for production team Hooks & Chain. Fresh pop/r&b tracks. Rama one of the producers/writers
sings all the vocals aswell. Check out tracks 2 and 4 on my music player. Brought a brilliant new plugin compressor - Check out the Softube Tube Tech CL-1B. Loving this plug on vocals, bass, guitars and drum buss.
